We hired Tatiana to work with our young dog, Maggie. Maggie was a stray that we brought into our home. She, Maggie, had some issues and definitely needed some training. Tatiana was very knowledgeable about what Maggie needed. She worked with Maggie with patience, love, and firmness when needed. She also trained us in how we should work with Maggie. She also took us on a field trip to show us how to socialize Maggie which she definitely needed. She was very patient with Maggie and our other dog that wanted attention from her, also. Tatiana did an amazing job teaching me what I needed to know to get my puppy to behave for me the way he instantly did for her. She is gentle yet firm, and my puppy responded well to her techniques. She will do in home training when she doesn't have a class running,which allows for individualized help. I highly recommend Tatiana in a heartbeat!!

I give Tatiana my absolutely highest recommendation! She was very personal, professional, knowledgeable, smart, relaxed, and made the whole experience fun. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rate + travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting with a new customer and their pet goes at the customer"s home. . The dog behavior evaluation can be done properly only in it's living place . This my first visit takes 1,5 hour or sometimes even longer. Then I can offer an individual program that suitable to this particular dog . Usually the program contains 6 - 8 individual training sessions including socialization lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work officially for ABC ( Animal Behavior College) as a mentor trainer. I teach the students of ABC with externship program .
