Absolutely amazing time with Brett. She goes out of her way to get to know you and your children to help them be engaged in the photo session. Loved that she was fine with our dog in the picture, it meant a lot to our kids.

Awesome. Loved the photo's of myself and my kids. Made both photo shoots-while COMPLETELY different - very easy. Also like your packaging of the photo's and that you threw in some wallets--that was a nice surprise. Everyone feels good when they get a freebie. :) Good marketing. :)
I'm not shy about giving constructive advice...but I really don't have anything to tell you. Everything was great.

Brett! I really would not know what to say that is bad. You somehow capture us so well We have never been dissatisfied. You capture our family as very happy and fun people (even if we are tired, dragging, and barely made it to your location). It is magic and I appreciate it every year. I always love the song you select for the online slide show. I like that you are fairly relaxed in the shoot (given the back to back nature of the mini shoots), work very well with kids and manage to add something new every year even at the same location. I am so sorry I can't suggest anything for you to improve upon! Cheers!
