- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every project is different, prices are on a case-by-case basis. There are some standard rates. SUPPORT AND DISPATCH Services that require in-home support have standard rates, which for basic troubleshooting and repair are $115 for the first hour (includes trip charge) and $85 each additional hour. Commercial and residential internet access start at $49/mo for high speed internet installation. Wireless LAN installation is generally $145 and includes complete router setup. Starting as low as $89 per drop, receive PLENUM, Cat5e & Cat6 network upgrades, moves, adds, changes - terminated, tested, complete! This is by no means a complete list - please contact us for details on network upgrades, support and Monitoring, custom websites, email and cloud services. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT For one page portfolio sites, prices start as low as $200. Most small businesses will fall into our 6-for-15 plan. A typical setup might include HOME, CONTACT, ABOUT, BLOG, SERVICES and PRODUCTS. There are many variations but that is a common baseline. Those six pages, including creation or revamp of three social media accounts plus all SEO targeted web-optimized copywritingis $1,500. It's simply one of the best deals going. For those businesses that want to feature a large number of products, or who have ecommerce, extensive copywriting and email marketing needs, Tysons Technologies offers affordable add-ons on a case-by-case basis. BRANDING Get a brand new logo to create brand awareness from an experienced graphic designer for as little as $200. Our branding team also offers a 6-for-15 plan. Design of a new logo, a theory-based color palette, a focus group-tested font pack, business cards, stationery and one unique accessory all for $1,500. As with any service, these are baselines. Our team will listen to you and create a plan than suits you perfectly at a price that is highly competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins and ends with listening carefully to our clients. Seems simple. We make sure we always do it. FOR LARGER PROJECTS: Creating a Statement of Work that everyone understands is the first component in a successful job. Usually, there are many technical workflow aspects which are unfamiliar to most people outside the IT industry, so we make sure the Statement of Work is clear and comprehensive prior to beginning any project. When a client comes to Tysons Technologies, they know what is expected and the costs are up front. FOR SMALLER PROJECTS and HELP NEEDED calls: We just identify the problem quickly, and find a solution quickly. Clients can call us or contact us via the Tysons Technologies website, and we will dispatch a van to their home. We make every effort to dispatch within 24 hours.
