Tina has trained me off an on for over a year (when my schedule permitted). I have used a few other professional trainers before Tina, & Tina is right at the top of my list. She makes sure my form is right; she is creative in designing workouts (& modifying as needed for my issues), comes prepared, and always has an upbeat attitude. I would recommend her highly.

I have worked with Tina for almost 2 years now. She is extremely dedicated, diligent and really loves to help clients achieve their goals. Tina tailors her work outs to meet the needs of her clients. Tina has really helped me with cardio and core work after a recent surgery. She is constantly coming up with new work outs and is really focused on ensuring that my workouts are in sync with my rehabilitation. I am much stronger since working with her and never thought I could do some of the things I am now able to do!!!

Tina is an awesome personal trainer. Very conscious of the limitations of the trainee but pushes the envelope to make sure that your training program is balanced and achievable. Highly recommend!

Tina is one of the best trainers that I have worked with. She listens to your specific needs and tailors workouts perfectly for you. She is constantly researching new techniques and the workouts are always fun and rewarding, never boring. Tina is very conscientious, always on time and always reliable. She gives great feedback and always looks for ways to help improve your fitness and nutrition goals. I have worked out with Tina for more than two years and I have watched my body become strong and healthy. There are so many things that I can do now that I couldn't do three years ago. Thank you Tina!
