Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are typically as follows and depends on availability of furniture. These are 30 day quotes and can be renewed weekly after 30 days. Entire 1 Bedroom Condo (Entry, Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom) = $1800 Townhome or Single Family Home-$2000 Main Spaces (Entry, Living, Dining, Kitchen, and Bathroom) along with the Master Bedroom & Bath Townhome or Single Family Home-$2250 Main Spaces (listed above), Master Bedroom/Bath, and Family Room or Basement
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customer via email or phone in order to make initial contact. We discuss the scope of the job, and once we have agreed on the price I send them a contract to sign prior to starting the job. Once I have a signed contract, I am able to stage the home within 48 hours if necessary. Note: I would not stage the home too far in advance of it being listed for sale. This way your 30 days will begin around the same time that you list the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
International Staging and Redesign Professional (ISRP) degree through QC Design School in Canada
