FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on complexity. Tax returns are priced by Form and Schedule, and the first State return is free. Resolution case are price based on the work that needs to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because our client base is very complex we cater to the needs of our clients. A typical new client engagement will include a free consultation. The tax payer will usually bring copies of most recent tax returns, any correspondence received from IRS or state taxation authority, and any supporting documentation. We then speak with our clients about them and their individual situation to get the best plan of action. We then work to prepare the tax returns or responses to IRS and then meet again with our clients to review and sign documents. Our tax returns are electronically filed ensuring quick acceptance from the IRS and helping our clients get refunds quickly.
