- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although not complicated, our pricing is based on (1) the time it took/will take to complete the service and (2) the cost of the materials and equipment required to complete the service. Once we settle on the scope of work and price, the deal is done. We don't like surprises any more than you do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always taking courses offered by manufacturers, suppliers, agencies, and schools.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Of the services Malone Plumbing provides, the most common type is replacement of existing plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
