Because as long as i can remember i was always creating buffet type meals.Single handed!Whether it was holidays,birthdays,cookouts or parties.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I actually get alot of Valentine's day and anniversary clients where i set up a beautiful table complete with flower and my well crafted table where.most couples order my surf and turf where i serve my famous oyster rockefeller and prime rib served with two sides and finished off with a decadent dessert
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always communicate exactly what type of food and sevice you want.never think your request is too over the top.I've have done caterings for pets
