1. Itemized Invoice: Invoice was provided only after repeated requests over a span of several weeks. 2. Tracking Numbers: Tracking number for shipment provided only after multiple requests. 3. Long Lead Time: Squirrel Squad Technology Services (SSTS) failed to ensure the TV order was completed correctly and promptly, delaying the shipment past the date promised by SSTS. 4. Incorrect TV Mounted: Wrong TV was ordered and installed. Incorrect TV was discovered when I tried to register it online. 5. Work Area Not Cleaned: SSTS failed to clean up the work area where TV was mounted. 6. Inaccurate Information: After I prepared the wrong TV for pick up and shipment by SSTS, I was informed by SSTS that it had been picked up from my porch, however a neighbor (I was out of town), told me that it was still on the porch. 7. Suggestions: 1. Always provide a detailed invoice prior to collecting any money from a customer. 2. Better focus on timely customer service 3. Pay attention to detail 4. when we arrived to install TV initially realized that it wouldn't work. I thought by offering to order him a tv and come back at no charge to put it up was providing good service. Having the TV ordered being wrong model, I take responsibility for the mistake. Also the price was discuss and also confirmed via txt. sent picture of price we agreed on.
