I was happy to show you the procedures that would allow you to reinstall the operating system and not lose your data. Since your husband already had a little PC repair knowledge, I'm sure the directions were easy for him to understand. Thank you again for using our service.
I specifically requested a technician who could open a 2013 Mac Pro Laptop to check about the possibility of a jammed disk. The assigned technician, who was not informed of this request, did not have the appropriate tool and thus could not open my computer. He did, however, believe the hard drive might be damaged and told me how to secure an external one. Unfortunately, I am out $100.50 for the visit and am left with the problems! I would have gladly attempted to rectify any issues you had through a phone call. In fact, I would like to personally look at your laptop to see if any further actions can be taken to get it working right again.
