Introduction: My focus is family law and military divorce. I practice in all Hampton Roads area courts and offer payment plans and military discounts to help litigation be more affordable. My style is aggressive but strategic. We will work as a team to build your case and negotiate a settlement you are happy with or we will take your case to trial where I will zealously advocate for you. I do most of the work on every case myself to keep costs down and so you are confident that I grasp your case. All of my client's have my cell phone number so they can call or text me rather than running it through a paralegal first. You can feel confident that you, your family, and your case are important to me. Uncontested divorces are usually capped to keep the overall cost done. I charge $250.00 per hour if you mention Thumbtack. Advance fees (often referred to on TV as a retainer) are based on how much work will be expected in your case but we try to work with you to make it manageable. I also represent clients in family assualt & battery, protective orders, support, custody, visitation, guardianship, and contempt proceedings.
