Introduction: We are Virginia's wedding specialist, but perform other types of events as well. We'll work closely with you to plan a customized event to fit your vision. Our online planning and music request system is a great tool to make planning your event convenient and easy.
We are not typically the least expensive DJ you can find, but we're also not the most expensive either. We provide a high level of service at a fair price. We are licensed and insured. We use only high-quality professional sound and lighting systems, but bring backup equipment to every event just in case.
We typically quote our basic packages through Thumbtrack, but we also offer the following upgrades:
- Uplighting
- Concert style moving head lights
- Ceremony music and microphones
- Wireless speakers for additional rooms or outdoor areas

From the beginning of our wedding process Trevor was helpful, accommodating, and a complete pleasure to work with. At one point I needed to set up a meeting with him but I was out of state for a month, but that didn't hinder the process. Trevor set up an appointment via Skype that allowed me not to be stressed at all about my music or lighting. He not only played an amazing array of music but he also managed to find obscure songs that I requested that really meant a lot to my husband and I. If you are looking for a DJ that you can trust to not just play music but can offer lighting, sound options, and just a great personality to MC your big day, Trevor Gwin is your guy.

Trevor did our wedding reception last March. The experience was great from the start! He met with us twice before the wedding and was very flexible in meeting with us since I lived 2 1/2 hours away at the time. I felt he not only took the time to get to know what we wanted, but he took the time to get to know us, which made us feel very confident in our choice from the beginning. The day of, he made sure everything ran smoothly and was exactly what we wanted! He also made sure everyone was up on the dance floor and having a great time. We have so many pictures of everyone of all ages up and dancing the night away which is what my husband and I wanted. If I had to plan our wedding all over again my first decision would be to hire Trevor again. He did a phenomenal job and we would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I got married last year and Trevor was my DJ for the wedding and reception and I could not have picked a better DJ! I was told no one really dances during afternoon receptions but he had everyone up and dancing intill it was time to leave. His charismatic personality kept everyone involved and having a blast. If I ever need a DJ for an event again he will be the only person I will go to.

Trevor did a great job. My wedding was so much fun. Never time danced which made for some great photos. He had great suggestions at our meeting which I appreciated because he knows what works and what doesn't. The best part is his planning website... Very useful and easy to use.

Our wedding was in Norfolk, VA but we lived in Charlottesville so, most of our communication leading up to the wedding was long distance. Trevor was very easy to work within this capacity and when we finally met him in person, it was exactly as we expected! He was amenable to our suggestions, highly confident yet unassuming and very professional. He was able to translate our ideas and wishes to a seamless sequence of events! His style of emceeing and his playlist was perfect.
