Introduction: Partners in Creativity is a group of local artist who offer you their talent at a reasonable price. Each and every quote we give is sent knowing we can offer you the best artist to meet your individual needs. We currently offer hand painted designed murals, face painting, individual paintings using water color, acrylics and other medias as desired. Face painting is offered as well. Balloon creations are available for your events. Santa and Mrs Claus will do private home visits and events needing a little extra joy! We are a group of hard working individuals and love working with people who deserve the best possible outcome. Mrs. Harris did a fantastic art design for a 5year old birthday party and we were blown away with her artistic abilities and was able to connect with ALL the children .. We would highly recommend Mrs. Harris as well as use her service again.. Great job Mrs. Harris hats off to you!!

My daughter's 5th birthday party was a hit! Debbie made the children so happy. What a amazingly Artist she is. Once kids received word she was The the party began to grow! We had a blast thanks to Debbie and her husband ( the balloon man).

Debbie was great! She was very friendly with the guests, made the kids very happy. She had to stay longer than the contracted time because the kids kept going back to her (sorry about that, Debbie!). I would recommend her 100%.
