I recently moved into my home and began seeing centipedes or milipedes in my downside restroom. Searched Thumbtack for pest control services and was immediately messaged by Amanda. Long story short I was able to have services performed a few days later. I had my home sprayed, traps placed, and outside was also treated. I'm thankful for Bust A Bug and highly recommend them. The service and customer service excellent!

These guys are awesome! Jason is super responsive and Martin was very through. They were able to respond and treat the day after my initial call. They also provided a similarly timely retreat service, which was very effective! We appreciated them responding right away- really provides peace of mind while working towards a bug free home after moving into a rental property with a bit of a roach problem!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to connect with you to determine your specific needs. Based on those needs we can either schedule an in-home, free, no obligation inspection to tailor a quote to your specific needs or we can discuss our plans and pricing based on your needs over the phone. All quotes are sent via email and text for easy review. Once an agreement is signed, we schedule your initial service visit with your technician.
