Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: CrossFit Reanimated is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals to reach new levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We cater to all levels of fitness and needs whether you are seeking broad, general and inclusive fitness, sport specific training, or injury rehab. We’ve chosen to combine our CrossFit offering with Pilates. Both CrossFit and Pilates aim to return our bodies to that functional level. At CrossFit Reanimated you can choose to participate in CrossFit classes, Pilates classes, or both. We strongly believe the practice of both will help us all become healthier, stronger, and fitter individuals (aka Reanimated). Sharing the sport of fitness with as many people as possible is one of our goals. Whatever your fitness level we want you to show up and help you meet your goals in safe and fun community environment. It has become my passion to help people become active and live a healthier life style. By coaching CrossFit and teaching Pilates I feel this is one of the most rewarding ways to know that I can help make a difference in another person’s life. Providing a balance of the functional movements, intensity and variety of CrossFit along with the virtuosity of Pilates is a complement that provides a platform for people to reach amazing fitness goals.

Love Sara Benson's Pilates class. Crossfit Reanimated is a top notch facility...clean and spacious with new quality equipment. Sara is a great instructor...she pushes you without breaking you and conducts a fun and energetic class. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of joining one of Sarah’s Saturday morning group Pilates class. Sarah was extremely positive and patient with us newcomers who didn’t know the “moves.” She took the time to give individual attention to everyone in the class when our movements had room for refinement. I was amazed at how she could decipher the smallest adjustments that made a big difference in how the movement felt and the muscles being used. I was apprehensive that having crossfit in the same location would be disruptive, but it wasn’t at all. The crossfit space was in a different room altogether, and everyone was extremely welcoming and social with each other.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Finding Pilates was a bit of an accident after an injury prevented me from doing some the things I love. Starting Pilates in 2008 was a blessing that not only allowed me to get back to the sports I love, but also have drastic improvements in my performance. Then CrossFit showed up and changed everything! After discovering CrossFit I realized that there are so many similarities between the two disciplines and they complement each other in so many ways.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Private Pilates Session and Group Pilates classes

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try several different places out. Finding a fitness professional is like finding your favorite restaurant or massage therapist. You need to find a place that fits you.
