I have been fortunate to have 412Q cater two parties in the past year. The food was incredibly juicy and delicious each time. Mike made brisket, chicken thighs, and chicken wings with a side of potatoes. You can tell Mike goes above and beyond to provide quality bbq and impeccable service; everything from his selection of the wood he uses to the meat he carefully trims and seasons. He even taught me a thing or two about how to improve my own bbq skills. Can't wait to have some 412Q at my next party!Nov 17, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've completed the OnCue BBQ catering master class. I was fortunate to learn from a 4 time world champion, 3 time grand world champion pitmaster. I invest in myself so my clients get a better experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Weddings, corporate events, tailgate parties, birthdays, retirements and special events.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?My church hired me to provide food for a men's event. I smoked a whole hog, smoked chicken leg quarters, homemade coleslaw, homemade baked beans and made drinks for 400 men. Other than a few volunteers at the event I did it by myself and would not recommend anybody do an event with that many people by themselves. But the comments that it was the best pork they've ever eaten was worth all the work!
