My first experience with the Tom & Brandon consisted of me hiring an attorney to make them return to my home and remove and reset every single window in my house, all of which are under warranty. Repeated emails and phone call went unanswered. This recent incident happened on May 28 when a golf ball broke my large Bay Kitchen window, I contacted Brandon and he said he would order one since it was under warranty. I waited until June 19 & 20 to contact him since I had not heard from them. He finally answered on the 20th after using multiple phone numbers. He told me the window had been ordered and would be delivered on Friday July 11 or Monday July 14. On Monday July 14 I called without response. At this point I contacted the manufacturer Vinyl Craft Windows in Williamsburg Va. and they told me that they was no way the window could be delivered on the 11th or the 14th because it had not been ordered. (PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE KEEP ALL TEXTS AND EMAILS, BECAUSE FATHER AND SON WILL LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH) You will need them when you file a complaint with the Va. State Contractors Licensing Board and the BBB. After working with the manufacturer the window was finally shipped and received on the August 18 but was broken once it arrived. Vinyl Craft quickly loaded and shipped another on the on the 22nd of August and The window Man received and signed for it on the 22nd or 23rd of August and never bother to contact me, so I called them on Friday September 12th at which time tom said he would be over to install the window Monday September 15 between 9:30 and 10:00, he showed up at 11:50 and asked me where I wanted the window because he couldn't install it because of his insurance company. He had 4 months to tell me this and he says it Today 09/15/2014. These are the guys that give decent contractors a bad name.
