Sarita V.

I hired Tre to set up Christmas lights for my house and to do some repairs around the house. He is incredibly thorough and very meticulous, so everything was done with care. I was really impressed with the Christmas lights as well, the lights are absolutely perfect and my house looks amazing. I would definitely recommend him!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process with a new customer is to meet in person before I accept the job to build some sort of initial rapport and allow that for that first impression that you can’t fully get through text/ call to sink in. One of my top tier goals, aside from a quality job is to be the last person you call. Wether I’m called in to mount a tv, build ikea furniture, or clean out the gutters. I want to be the guy you call back again when the next task pops up !

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Outside of my high school diploma, I only have taken one class. Residential wiring 101. I had an A all class is the knowledge portion as well as Hands on. All of my other experience has come from hands on in the field at work or doing projects after work for various friends and family. I do plan to take more classes in the future to learn more !

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think a vital part of the process for most projects is meeting in person & going over the scope of work together. It not only helps with reducing miss understandings or confusion, But it also allows you to meet whoever will be working in/on your home while building some sort of rapport or confidence in them before work has even commenced!
