- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing with me. Most people today have very tight budgets. I find it serves my clients best to work within their individual budgets, so no pricing is the same for any two clients. It all depends on what services they need and what they can afford to pay. While I would not give my services away, I am very flexible with my pricing, and always willing to discuss with potential clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out what they like to drink from Starbucks. We then set a date and time to "Meet & Greet" at their home. I like to get to know a bit about my clients, and answer any questions they have for me. If all works out and we "click", we then set a date for me to begin cleaning for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am holistically and organically oriented, and stay abreast of all the latest non-toxic cleaning products available commercially, as well as the most effective natural and home made products.
