They were professional and on time and explained the process. Took extra precautions with me due to my allergies and asthma to notify me when I should leave a room or the home (this was for duct cleaning services). The rep did not clean our registers and after we called the office to ask they advised he should have. The rep then came back and cleaned the downstairs registers. Our upstairs ones were not cleaned, but luckily did not seem to have too much on them. I’m sure had he known to do this prior he would have cleaned them all. Same day service and spot-on in terms of arrival estimate. Our technician showed up with an apprentice and taught me right alongside his student. Professional and friendly gentlemen, both of them. He inspected the inside and outside units, made some recommendations I didn't want to hear but knew were coming, showed me every piece of the puzzle along the way and took pictures. I requested those pictures and I have not gotten them, nor have I heard from the office in response to our estimates as yet. We have master electricians, master gas fitters, master hvac techs and NATE certifications. As well as NABCEP, Mitsubishi, Nest PRO and high efficiency invertor technology trained techs.
