Most of our pricing is very straight forward and any changes are communicated in advance of doing the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Informal diagnosis of issues, estimate or work and time, offer all alternatives and execute solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education every week because this is an industry that changes all the time. In addition to online educational videos, I attend industry technology events and classes.
