- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically meet with them on-site to go over what they are wanting to get done. I then provide a detailed estimate for their review/approval. Once the estimate is approved, I then set up a date for the work to be completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both commercial and residential clients providing general grounds maintenance, mulching, sod installation, pressure washing, fertilization and snow removal
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to them and ask lots of questions. If they have trouble answering your questions that could be a red flag. Ask for references, proof of license, insurance info, etc. Also remember, cheaper is not always better
