Introduction: I have been in the real estate profession since 2001. I am currently licensed as a Virginia real estate agent and have been a notary public for the state of Virginia since 2009. I've been a member of NNA for some years now, and I will represent your company in a professional, friendly manner. I can handle all types of loan signings. I am a qualified NSA (certified loan notary signing agent #160179951), and I have also been background checked. I offer mobile loan signings and mobile notary public servicing the Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. Fees for notarizations are $5 per signature plus additional travel expenses to be determined (minimum - $20). With Beyond Investments Mobile Notary and Signing Service, we offer the following benefits: * By meeting the borrower at home, office or another convenient location for the signing, I will eliminate the need for a time-consuming trip by the borrower to close the loan. * I will also provide assurance that the signed and notarized documents will be delivered by the pertinent deadline. * As a notary and a loan signing agent, I will display a high level of honesty and integrity in doing this job. * I am available 7 days a week. For same-day services, please call and text the number posted. * Fax and e-mail document capability I provide errors and omissions policy. I am bonded $25,000 with merchants. Most loan signings are negotiable, but the average package is $125 (depending on distance, time, multiple signings, etc.). Every signing is negotiable. I charge an e-Docs extra fee of $20 (for printing) and $50 for fax backs. For over 10 miles from my area, additional travel fees are possible. In case of any delays, cancellations, or rescheduling, the fee will be paid in full to the notary. I have a flexible schedule. I am e-Doc capable via email, and documents are printed on an HP Laser Jet printer. I have over 10 years of experience in the mortgage business. As a loan document signing agent, I am certified, bonded and insured.
