- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will be computed based on various (but obvious) factors. If we are buying the specific supplies or are you... do we need any special equipment that requires rental or additional manpower... There are so many different factors but one thing that remains a constant is that you will be pleased with the fairest pricing you receive in your estimate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be fooled by the big splashy ads and the different commercials you may see or hear for other larger companies. We have kept our overhead low to keep our prices right for our clients. We work hard and we work smart .. We are one of Virginia Beach's best surprises...
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Everyone today seems to "specialize" in something and the 'handman' has, in many respects, no longer exist. We are here to show that is not the case. We are able to do many "chores" or jobs that you are either too busy to accomplish or just cant manage yourself. One call to us and you will understand why our customers have come back several times to have different jobs done after they hired us the first time. We are the Whole 9 Brothers because we do/go the "whole 9" for you... and we CLEAN UP after ourselves...
