Hands down, the best trainer I have ever worked with --over my 20 years of working with trainers. Eddie provided personalized planning and interactions that resulted in obvious progress without ever feeling too sore or injured, an important objective to me. He has excellent judgement, sound technical background and a fun personality.Aug 28, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My base rate is $60 per session that lasts between 60-75 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first meet for a no cost consultation to learn as much as I can about the clients goals, desires, needs, concerns, physical history (activity level, injuries, medical issues, etc.) and overall concerns they may have. Second, I suggest that we work for two training sessions before there is any money/commitment required to ensure that they are comfortable that I am the trainer for them. After the two trial sessions the client and I discuss their choice to continue or terminate. If they choose to continue we then move forward instituting a training program designed to meet their needs and goals. If they choose to terminate there is no cost to them for the trial sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I played and coached college football on the D1 level; was Athletic Director for the military forces in Italy; as a Special Agent with the US Secret Service I won the Fitness Award for my training class and was subsequently charged as fitness officer administering the monthly fitness testing of agents; Owner/Operator of my own fitness training business for 16 years gaining certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
