This was for a dryer vent cleaning for rental move out. The dryer duct and outside vent were on the the second floor, which was not a problem for the tech. A bristle head on a long plastic flex rod was attached to a power tool adds used to thoroughly clean the duct which was about 6 feet long. We realize the reason they need service is because something that they rely on is no longer working as design and we make it our obligation to restore it.
