- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing structure for management services is broke down into 3 simple packages that are part of the agreement. You will choose one option from each of the packages. The pricing is competitive for the area and you can receive management services for as low as 8.9%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When first signing up you will work with one of our Business Development Officers, they will assist you in answering questions about the agreement and choosing the best pricing options for your needs. They operate via phone, video chat, zoom meeting, or in-office meeting. Once the agreement has been signed we hold a video conference with our Onboarding Specialist who will then continue working with you to get the property ready for marketing and listed for rent. They are your go-to person with any questions or concerns in this part of the process of listing your property. Once your property has been filled with a qualified tenant our Property Manager and Property Manager Associates will be in full control of the management of your property and the tenant. They will be able to assist you with any questions or concerns you have going forward. Constant communication and updates are one thing we believe are the utmost importance in building a great relationship, that is why we make it easy for our clients to be able to get in contact with us, and that they have a clear understanding of the next steps in our processes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every employee is tested pre-hire. Each employee must also have specific attributes and skillsets required for each specific job title. They go through ongoing training in real estate and property management as well as receiving continuing education from both our management team and third-party real estate schools. Our agents are licensed, real estate agents and brokers. Most have been in the industry for over 20 years or more, and all of our Agents have been involved with strictly property management and investment properties. At RPM we do not do anything else except offer property management services. That's how we ensure we focus on becoming the experts in this field of Real Estate.
