Introduction: The owners of the company visit every job. Don't be surprised to see one of the owners going around and cleaning up while the crew is working. We keep the property owner up to date on all phases of the project. RTB Construction is very involved in our community. Not only do we volunteer for different community projects but when a local Little League Association had 2 dugouts that were destroyed after a storm RTB Contruction was happy to provide the labor to build new dugouts at no cost to the Little League.

Outstanding work is an understatement! RTB provided impeccable service. This was our first time replacing a roof, RTB walked us through it with the upmost honesty while educating us thoroughly. They provided outstanding customer service by being empathetic, and responding to our calls without delay. Robert and Jeanie made us feel like they truly cared about our situation and valued us as customers. Their cost was less than others, and completing/replacing our roof was a one day job. This has been a noteworthy experience because they truly cared. I own and operate a remodeling company here in Virginia Beach. For our latest addition (20x30 master suite), I decided to give RTB a shot. They completed the work this afternoon. As a former navy pilot and retired officer, I tend to be somewhat demanding and have high expectations of the professionals that work with me. To put it simply, RJ and the crew from RTB impressed me. RTB offers roofing replacement as well as repairs. Our trained technicians evaluate the condition of the roof and will provide you a free estimate. If your roof doesn't need to be replaced and a repair will solve your problems we will be happy to complete the repair.
