I don't know what I would do without Gabriela's expertise. One instance in particular; I injured my back and called her and by that afternoon I had an appointment with her. I could barely walk and was in a lot of pain. She worked her magic and I walked out of her office pain free. On a previous occasion (several years ago before I knew Gabriela), I injured my back the same way. An appointment with my doctor which took several days to get, then an appointment with an orthopedist, then physical therapy. I did not get any relief for almost 2 weeks and then the physical therapy took almost two months before I was totally pain free. I go to Gabriela regularly to keep me feeling good. And I can tell when I skip an appointment because I don't feel good. Gabriela is A #1 in my book and truly a blessing!

I have been going to Gratitude Massage Therapy for two years, and I cannot say enough good things about it. I have a variety of health issues, from multiple spinal surgeries to rheumatoid arthritis and my massage therapist has been able to help be continue in my active life style. Gabriela is the best! I go just for relaxation, but never realized how much being in heels all day and carrying a bag has taken its toll on my body! Leaving Gratitude, I feel nothing but GRATEFUL. I highly recommend GMT to anyone who has massage needs, or like me, didn't know they had them until they felt THAT MUCH BETTER! Thank you, Gabi!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your massage therapist is not only certified, but has passed the nursing board for massage therapy as well. ANYBODY CAN BE CERTIFIED, but not everybody can be licensed or have passed the NCTM board. (National Certification for Therapeutic Massage) This is the best/easiest way of knowing if your massage therapist knows what she/he is doing.
