I started training with Sanford and omg, he has been kicking my tail! I was caught up in the "I never have time" mindframe that I knew I needed to get off my butt and put in work, but I just couldn't find the motivation. From the few workouts we've done, I can literally see my body changing already. My energy is improving and with my workouts come my changes in diet. I crave to see new results and believe me, Sanford is training me into a better body and most importantly, a healthier lifestyle. He pushes me to dig deep when I'm training. When I want to give up, he's always there! Sanford is AMAZING and best of all, he's the best workout partner! I always look forward to my sessions!
My. Winfrey is an excellent trainer. I have been training for almost 3 months now and I can see the results like no other gym like no other workout. When I tell you that he really puts his work in on you and gives you the training you desire you will be pleased with his work. He's very professional and will push you. He doesn't give up on you and will work with your schedule. I recommend him to any one seeking a trainer on a personal level of training he has the skills and equipment to get you right. All you have to do is show up and hell show out. Great trainer great atmosphere great guy. I will be doin a second session because I'm in love with my results. You will get your money's worth I PROMISE!!!!
Good trainer! Good person! Very knowledgeable with nutrition and fitness/training. As a figure competitor, it is important to me to work with someone who is knowledgeable in that area; someone who has been there/done that. I've trained with Brian in between shows and right up to the week before a show. Whether you are prepping for a competition, just need to get in shape, or in it for the workouts, give him a call!
Been looking for a gym that can customize a workout plan just for me. Looked for almost 2 months before finding Matt at funcfit. First month down with many more to go. Tough 30 minute workouts but already paying off in the mirror.
Straight Edge Fitness is awesome!! I have been trained personally by Joe and he is great, very motivating and knows what he is doing!! They truly care about you and will help you reach your goals from losing weight to competing in a fitness show!! I highly reccomend them!!
I have been working with Ben for about a year now, and I love his workouts! They are always challenging, and tailored to my fitness goals. He checks in with me both before and after each workout, he helps me make smart food decisions, and he is dedicated to helping me reach my fitness goals. True professional trainer! Would recommend him to everyone (from couch potato wanting to change to athlete looking to switch up their routine).

I would give more stars if I could. Julie is simply amazing. She's informative, caring, positive,and hilarious. When you think your body can't do something, she convinces you that you can and not to give up. The workouts are tough but worthwhile, and she never makes you do the same workout twice. She was a perfect fit for me. Her favorite saying is "LOVE ITTTTT!!" and she always has a smile on her face.
I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BRIAN! Finding a good personal trainer can be tough. I'm so lucky I was able to meet Brian when I did. I started training with him last May at X3 Sports in Atlanta. He was always so informative and positive. Also, he kicked my ass around the gym in the best way. Not only was he incredibly knowledgable about fitness but also was super knowledgable about food!! If you've started your fitness journey then you know one is just as important as the other. Thanks to Brian I am not only leaner and stronger but i'm also confident enough to be in the weight room on my own! If only he didn't move away! I am thankful to have started my fitness journey with him!
At about 3-4 sessions in, my flexibility and strength are returning! Stacey is phenomenal at motivating me and making the workout tough but without overdoing it! Love that she is able to meet at the house and work around my two small kids, cats and rabbit!! I would recommend her very highly to anyone who needs help getting motivated to get healthy!!
She has a great personality, amazing quality of work and overall an amazing and genuine human being. Working with Ro has been fun and very rewarding. I achieve a physique that I didn't think was possible for me to achieve. It was s tough journey but she stuck with me every step of the way. She isn't just a trainer to me, but a friend/family. Her work ethics are great and she encourages, motivated and cares for her clients. I'm now training for my second competition and I don't think I'll choose any other trainer in the future.

I have been training with AJ for 2 months now and I love it! I can honestly say AJ is one of the most motivating, charismatic, and genuinely nice person that i have trained with yet. You can see how much he loves what he does. So far I have lost 24.5 pounds since training with him. He motivates me and helps me stay focused on reaching my goal weight. He not only keeps you motivated through your workout, which is tough but he also keeps you motivated throughout the week by sending inspiring text messages. I have a crazy work schedule and AJ graciously accomadtes it meeting me for 4am sessions to train. Thanks AJ. If your looking for a personal trainer, you can NOT do better than AJ!
