Mike at Hidden Fence jumped in to help us contain our new rescue Bernese Mountain dog. He fitted us into his busy schedule, did the installation and training and we are very happy with the results. No surprise costs either. Fast & easy!

Mike was prompt and professional. Did a great job and was good with our puppy. Training was a breeze. Installation was a done exactly as requested on the day we requested. We got the collar that we can control with our phone. It allows us to track the history and see how many times our dog gets warned and how many times she gets zapped. It's amazing how fast they learn and now she never gets zapped! She loves being outdoors and we love the freedom our Hidden Fence provides her.

These guys are great. Had a great experience with Mike who originally installed my fence. Price & service were great. The great service never stops. I have heard from Mike periodically over the three years I have had the fence. Recently, Xfinity cut my fence. I called Hidden Fence and they were able to send someone out the next day to fix it!!! Nick came out to do the repair to my fence. Nick was fantastic. Unfortunately he had a lot to repair as the damage done by Xfinity was extensive. He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job. He took his time and got the job done correctly. I am very appreciative of his time and effort!!! Most importantly, they are great with dogs & getting them trained on the fence. Great company, I highly recommend them!!!!

We had Hidden Fence out three months ago to install a fence for our large Shiloh Shepherd. The service was fantastic and they had the fence installed in less than a day despite our rocky, hilly terrain. We wanted to wait to write a review so we could comment not only on the service but also the efficacy of the fence, which has turned out to be fantastic. It didn't take too long for our dog to learn her boundaries and she only ran through the fence twice. That was in the first week and she did not like the shock of going through and then not being able to come back without a shock. After that she was a bit "perimeter shy" but since then she's grown confident and will run right up to the fence and stop. Not sure if it's because the collar gives her a warning or she just knows where to stop from prior experience. Anyway, even chasing deer, which are thick here on the mountain, she will chase them full speed then stop on a dime at the line. We couldn't be happier with both the installation and the result. In addition, the Hidden Fence team has followed up with us several times to make sure we are satisfied. 5 stars!
