My name is Janie Elisabeth Beck, Nik's Catering Catered my wedding. I was in need of some one who understood my needs and my tight budget. I didn't have much in the way of a budget. Nik's catering worked with my budget and the food was amazing. We did a self service buffet style cuisine. Nicole suggested Italian because it was cheap and we could get more for our money. I came to Nicole through My best friend Marilyn Watt Nicole is her daughter and she thought that she could help me. Three months prior to my wedding I sat down with Nicole and we went through some sample menus that she prepared for me and how many people I was expecting and set up a few tastings to sample some of the foods to make our final decisions. The day of the wedding things were a little hectic but once the people arrived and the vows were said we all settled up for a party. When we got to the reception hall the tables were set and the food was ready and every thing was good. I was most impressed with the quality of services that Nik's catering provided with a budget of six hundred dollars I fell like I got service of some one who spent thousands. with everything that I got for the services I was extremely happy with the services Nik's catering offered and would use thier services in the future.Aug 28, 2014
Nik's catering was awesome everything that i could have ever asked for and more. The staff was professional and passionate about every thing. They treated me like my wedding was their wedding the food was amazing it was flavorful and had variety. From the beginning Nicole and her staff were in constant contact with me. It made me feel like I didn't have to worry Don't change a thing Nicole you did great. I would recommend Nik's catering to anyone planning an event.Aug 16, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied at the culinary institute of Virginia I graduated with an associate's degree in applied sciences for culinary arts
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father was a chef I loved to cook with him growing up. His passion for cooking was contagious and I wanted to be just like him.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Anything from weddings, showers. I recently did a catering event in martiansburg west Virginia for a back yard house warming party I can do any event that is requested.
