- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put together a stock that is priced to get attention. My experience in either subject has placed me ahead of the field in those respects. Planning a photography/video software program that will sell competitively in the retail photographic equipment business. Always learning about what will sell .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appointment is made by telephone with Cameras and Collectibles. The new customer is met at the office and greeted by a receptionist. The customer meets the seller here. The customer is given some direction and offered a price quote, for a yes or no answer from the prospective buyer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience with the subjects of philately and photography. I will be in hiring one sales rep with experience in social media or web design.
