Introduction: What I like most about catering is meeting with the clients face to face and establishing a relationship with them. When you get to know a person, you begin to anticipate their likes and dislikes and can gauge their responses better. I enjoy figuring out all of the details for their events and knowing that the services I am providing them with will contribute to an overall more relaxing experience for them. At the end of the day, my business is to take the stress of planning an event off of the client's shoulders and place it on my own. Establishing a relationship with my clients helps me take care of all of the details of each event and these relationships are what I enjoy the most.

Kim James with Six Star Catering & Events made my daughter's wedding a dream come true. We had no idea how to create the perfect wedding. Kim came to the rescue. She was professional but very sweet. She catered the ceremony with appetizers and the reception with delicious food and presentation. She also designed our reception venue to be exactly what my daughter has always dreamed. She and her crew were awesome. We did not have to worry about anything. We highly recommend Kim and wish we had another event so we could work with her again.

Make sure that whoever you hire to help you with your special event can meet all your needs and you are confident in their ability to execute what your heart desires. You should get that "This is the person" feeling right off the bat. Look at reviews and references and hear what other people are saying about the vendor, word of mouth is the best advertising out there. Ask if they have worked on an event like you are planning and if they have or can direct you online to some photos of their work.
