I had issues with my PC and laptop and Jesse did on-site service for my PC. He took the laptop and within 48 hours I had it returned to me. Jesse was very professional, efficient and reliable. Also, he resolved my home computer issues and even made sure my wireless router was set up accurately. He set up my wireless printer, too! Thanks, Jesse! ComputerPro is awesome and will definitely be my resource for future computer and networking needs!

    Hire an On Site technician so that you can observe the repair and maintain the integrity of your precious data! Being able to watch and learn will prevent the same problem from occurring, saving you money!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    First of all BE HONEST! :) It makes diagnosing the problem much easier, and trust me we've heard it all! Think about what changes were made to the computer (windows updates, software installed, hardware installed ect.) right before the problem started happening.
