Hire an On Site technician so that you can observe the repair and maintain the integrity of your precious data! Being able to watch and learn will prevent the same problem from occurring, saving you money!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
First of all BE HONEST! :) It makes diagnosing the problem much easier, and trust me we've heard it all! Think about what changes were made to the computer (windows updates, software installed, hardware installed ect.) right before the problem started happening.
