This guy came to my home on a pouring down raining Sunday morning to help me with my electrical issues. He was very professional and precise with what he found. Flat rate pricing. Don't ask for an "hourly rate"
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process goes like this: Make contact with the customer. Discuss the problem at hand, Schedule a date for the estimate, Develop a course of action, Issue a quote, Schedule a date for installation, Install, Payment, Happy Customer. It may sound confusing, but it's just a phone call and site visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year apprenticeship program. over 3000 hours of classroom education. 12 years personal experience, with 60 years combined experience within the company. VA, WV, & MD master electricians. No employee less than journeyman licensure. (you absolutely will get someone who knows what they're doing going to your home)
