I hired Mougy to work with me to write a paper in a graduate level quantitive analysis class I was taking. Even though he was not familiar with the exact subject matter he took the time to learn what he could in the short time I had to prepare it. Not only was he the reason I got an A on the paper, but I learned more in the few weeks we worked together than I did in the class. I would recommend him to anyone and I am looking forward to working with him again in a statistics class I will be taking later this year. I must also state that his prices are more than reasonable considering he also continued to work with me via phone and email when we did not have the time to get together and work on solving my questions. Right from the very start, Fredy tailored and pinpointed the knowledge I had and designed a plan that was precise to my language needs. His teaching abilities are incredible. I have tried online classes and tapes and every other option for learning Spanish. Nothing worked. After finding him, he was able to find my weak points and emphasize my strong ones. A new language can be disheartening for people that struggle. Fredy has a way of bringing out the drive and 'want' for learning. He tries different approaches, and is successful and efficient about finding the way that works best you. His knowledge and teaching extends farther than just the language itself with vast knowledge of the many different Hispanic cultures as well. I would highly recommend Fredy for anyone trying to learn Spanish!

I have been teaching for 13 years in kindergarten and first grade, and was a reading interventionist. I am a certified teacher and has a master's degree in education, specializing in reading. I have an early childhood endorsement, as well as English as a Second Language. I have a toddler at home and will have one coming up in the next few months so instead of finding a full-time teaching job for this school year, I am looking for part-time teaching/tutoring job. Referrals can be provided upon request.

    About

It's not rocket science, but if it was, I'd be able to teach you. That's because I'm an aerospace engineer. If you want to learn from someone who is applying all those math and science classes everyday, then look no further. As an engineer, I have taken many, many math and science courses, and feel more than comfortable teaching the concepts down to the gritty details of almost any course that falls under either of those 2 major subject areas. I can help with any high school math or Physics course. I am also familiar with AP courses, as I took several in high school. I believe that the advantage of being newly out of school is that I am still in a mindset where group study was a focus. This helped with sharing knowledge, especially for homework and preparing for tests.
