Our experience with Ghirmay was a pleasant one. He finished our plans fairly quickly and was extremely responsive in providing updates as we went along. When he said he was going to get something back, he did within the timeframe specified.
During the construction when additional questions came up, he was available to provide feedback and also updates on plans for inspections as needed.
Definitely a pleasure to work with and would recommend utilizing this company.

Ghirmay was very patient with the process during Covid with all the delays from the county permitting office. He was very responsive to their request and took care of them promptly. I would use him for future projects.

Ghirmay was pretty amazing. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. There was a lot that I didn't understand opening my first commercial space, and he took the time to walk me through the process. I highly recommend and would only use him for my future projects.
