How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with PC's since Windows 3.1. Experienced in Both Mac OS and Windows OS. Started training in computer hardware in 2001. Had multiple positions in computer sales and repair including lead technician and supervisor for Staples EasyTech in multiple locations performing in-store and in-office/home repairs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! Beginners and Intermediate computer users. I have ranged from virus removals, custom computer builds to network setups.
