- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is quit flexible and first round of initial investigation/analysis wouldn't take much. i try to be in the budge around 50-60 dollars if involves a commute and more than 1 hour of my time. then explain the issue and recommend further steps to the customer. For many customers, we also do free assessments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initial investigation/assessment then recommendations and finally a full resolution upfront or further advise if issue needs any action plan.(hardware replacement etc)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-10 years of experience in IT in total with 2 years of IT networking support to small to large scale customers. -Computer graduation with high level industry Certifications like Cisco CCIE in collaboration and data center technologies. -Highly professionals with certification in latest technologies like AWS cloud
