RDRI did a fantastic job building our basement bar. They surpassed our expectations and we're in love with our bar. Their customer service is phenomenal and the project was completed in a timely fashion. We would highly suggest RDRI for any of your home renovation needs.

I had this company install an attic ladder and attic boards for me. Eugene was very professional and explained the quote and the work to me. In regards to the attic services, he installed really nice firm boards for me to store my items in the attic. He purchased the attic ladder (included in his price) and at first it seemed like a good fit. I even paid him for the services afterwards. He was going to come back anyway to paint the attic ladder opening (white to match my ceiling) but I noticed that the attic door wasn't closing properly. Even though I had already paid him, this man kept his word and came back to ensure proper installation of the attic door (talk about integrity!). Despite some challenges with the attic door itself, Eugene did not charge me or even ask me to pay anything else concerning the attic ladder. He purchased a new attic door for me because he noticed the other door was bent. The installation of the new attic door is perfect! I couldn't be happier with my attic door. Despite some hiccups, this company stood by their word, completed the job, and did it well.

Eugene is a professional who values quality. We had his company install a new wall and door frame in our basement and it turned out great. A family member who regularly stays with us initially didn't notice the additions because they were so seamless! We plan to use Eugene's services again.

I could not more highly recommend Eugene or this company. I reached out via Thumbtack on a Thursday afternoon in desperate need of quick help. My husband and I were selling our home and needed some quick consultation as a result of a home appraisal. Eugene made time for us the very next day. He took the time to talk me through what he saw and explain with great detail so that I could understand. He then wrote a detailed, thorough report that he got back to us the very next day. Typically, we charge by square footage. In some cases, we either charge a flat fee or hourly for some projects.

Meet with the customer, listen, measure and take notes of their proposed project and discuss next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years construction experience, with over 5 years years of formal training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Building Science. I have earned a Building Science credential from Building Performance Institute. I have also earned a B.A. in English from Rutgers University with extensive coursework in Science.
