Board and train at a facility
This was the best experience for my family and my dogs, all four! Sandra Gudger gets five stars, wish I could give her ten. She is both knowledgeable and compassionate. I cannot say enough. Do not spend your life tiptoeing around an unruly, untrained K9. Get the training and have a great life with dog, best friend.Jan 23, 2017
I enjoy training with these guys and gals. They always have answered the "hard" questions whenever they eventually do come up. Nick has mastered the nuance of dog obidience training and doesn't mind sharing his knowlege with his students and being available for questions by text, email, or cellphone at all hours of the night and day. Nick's motto is "contact me anytime, day or night, rather than train incorrectly for 7 days". I highly recommend the "package deals" being offered rather than purchasing single lessons saving $50 right off the bat on four lessons.Mar 7, 2015
Off Leash K9 Training is a fantastic business that's operated by some great people that clearly love doing what they do! If you want your dog to be flawless in obedience and have freedom to go outside, off leash, then they are the obvious choice!Mar 9, 2015
WOW!! I never thought it would be possible, but Nick and friends at Off Leash K9 Training did it! They made our 55+ pound bluetick coonhound mix a part of the family. From counter-surfing and unwanted roughhousing, to chewing up everything in sight and bolting out of the house whenever she got the chance (even pushing kids down to escape)--Juno did it all. But when we saw the first video update during the two-week board and train, we couldn't believe we were looking at the same dog...and that was on day two! Since we picked her up a week ago, she has been nothing if not polite, well-behaved, and a new best friend. She obeys our commands with little to no correction, and she can finally go for walks down to the park at the end of the street and even accompany the kids to the bus stop--all without a leash! We are so much happier, and more importantly, so is Juno. No more leashes for that kid! Thanks Nick!Mar 7, 2015
The OLK9 crew has given us a whole new perspective on dog training and obedience. We went to OLK9 with the goal of having our APBT "Casino" stop pulling on leash during walks and to stop mild dog aggression. At first we were hesitant with using an e-collar for training, but Garry was able to address all of our concerns during our first lesson and made us feel at ease with the training regimen. One month and 2 lessons later, and we couldn't be more impressed with the results we've seen so far. Our training has given us and Casino more confidence not only on leash, but we are now comfortable walking him off leash even with distractions. We have two basic classes left and have already registered for our advanced lessons. Nick comes highly recommended and responds quickly to any questions you may have regarding training or the e-collar. We've already recommended other family members to enroll in the program and look forward to the continued confidence gained from training. Our only regret is not starting our training sooner...Mar 7, 2015
