Molding or baseboards,
Terry did a great job mounting my 8 foot wide screen as well as fixing my television. I cannot believe how quickly he did the job. Within an hour he had taken my television apart, identified the problem and repaired. it. I now have that television on my desk for DVDs and to watch an occasional program. I will definitely use him again.Oct 13, 2016
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A diagnostic cost of $35 within 25 miles. This goes toward any further repair done on the unit. The cost depends on the amount of labor, materials and parts needed to bring the unit back to fully working status.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After being called, I ask general question to ascertain what the problem with the unit is. This allows me to give a rough estimate for the cost of repairs without wasting time at the client's house. After an agreement for when to meet is made, I get contact information so I can call and verify when I am going to the home. The clients share with me any concerns they have about the repair and I go to work. I do not leave until my clients is satisfied or I am taking the unit for more extensive repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? After completing training in telecommunications during my tour in the Army, I completed two years of electronic repair training with TESST Electronics School.
