Have been waiting for a written estimate and answers to my questions from Choice Renovation for applying a decorative epoxy to my garage floor. After almost three weeks, several emails, voice messages, meeting with Chuck Smoody and speaking with him three times, he has not provided the information he promised. The last time I called to remind him, he promised that we would send it as soon as he got home. Absolutely my worst Thumbtack experience. ☹️
