Barbardos (Sulemon) was very responsive, he arrived on time and completed the project (installed four trim molding boxes in our two story foyer). Sulemon listened to our concerns and requests and even returned within the week to correct some minor discrepancies we noticed afterwards. Sulemon was very pleasant and easy to work with and we could tell that he really cares about customer satisfaction.

The guy didn’t do what I asked him to do or hired him to do. I asked for the doorbell to be connected to the electricity so I wouldn’t have to change the battery. All he did was connect the doorbell to the one that I replaced and took down. I could’ve done that myself. I paid him $95 and tipped him 40 for the results, he never called me again. He came back the next day to look at the project, but said it couldn’t be completed because something about the wires were too short on the doorbell. I would never use him again.

Barbardos never showed up for the appointment. I made the appointment in the morning for 5:30pm and at 5:45pm I call to find out where there were. No response on the phone but received a text saying they are in Baltimore and should arrive at 7:30pm. Never called to inform me they are running late or wanted to reschedule. Poor business practice!
