We HIGHLY RECOMMEND BeamTeam. Bruce was very friendly, detailed and thorough. He worked on our ceiling like it was his own. He made sure that our panel lights was strategically at center and covered the hole from the recess lights. We appreciated how he made several coats to cover the hole and made sure that there were no seams and that the surface was leveled. He also added a wood pedestal for our laundry and dryer. He even threw in some additional work to make sure that everything was safe and secure. We will definitely seek his services again for our future home projects. Bruce did a wonderful job completing a tough task. We had two large corporate signs that needed to be removed from our old office location, transported to the new office location, and installed. Bruce made sure that the signs were installed properly, all cords were hidden, and the walls remained free of damage. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have the most competitive pricing in the area. We provide the same services at a better quality than the big guys charging 40-50% more. Anyone involved with my company shows the utmost respect to our customers and their property. Bottom line is, you pay less, get the same level of service with a personal touch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to visit a customer in person and go over their project in detail. Sometimes we agree on a set price or we agree on a budget to get started. Depends on the size of the project. I also, make assessments like getting in and out of the home, what needs to be covered and protected and how we can do our work with as little interruption to your daily routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?It is an on going training exercise and we constantly are studying to be more informed and efficient with our time. You have to renew your license every two years and that's a three and a half hour test.
