- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is very simple. We listen to what you want and once you have selected the priced option that works best for you, there are no more additional charges. We handle all the ordering, receiving, inspecting, and installing of everything and it is all within the price quoted. Our total Project Management of your project frees you up to do other important things in your life and you can rest assured that everything is under control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first Appointment is the Complimentary Consultation. At this Appointment, we gather everything needed to Create a Design, we take measurements and pictures and ask several questions. We also ask for a budget of what you have available for this Project. We like to know this because we do not like to go over the budget, but stay within that budget. Once that is done, we go back to the Office and start on the Design. It usually takes about a week or so to Create the Design. We ask that when we come back for the second appointment, there is everyone there that will be involved in the decision making.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Decorating Den Interiors have on going Classes that are offered throughout the year. We pride ourselves in keeping up to date with all the new, up to date Colors, Trends and Products.
