Introduction: Due to my experience in physical therapy (my PT specialty is manual or "hands on" therapy) my massage work has always trended much more to deep tissue, bodywork, and medical massage. I can perform swedish massages, focusing more on relaxation, but that doesn't utilize much of my abilities. Utilizing modalities like Muscle Energy Technique, stretching, trigger point release, and many others - my clients have experienced sustained relief. Whatever issues you are experiencing, I want to help you get better. I have always been passionate about my work. Nothing makes me happier than when I can help someone ease their pain, improve their flexibility and their range of motion of troublesome joints. What I really like about massage therapy, is being able to treat the whole patient. For example, foot and ankle issues can also affect knees and hips as well. My goal is always to help my clients return to strong, active and healthy levels of function, for their entire body.
