They are so professional and very punctual. They arrived on time and moved my elliptical from my basement through 4 flights of stairs to my loft. They made sure my walls and hardwood floors were not scratched. They took their time and gently moved the 250lbs of weight all the way upstairs to my loft without any issues. I’m very satisfied and I will definitely use their services again in the future. I will recommend them to anyone needing any heavy duty equipment moved. A++++++

Vanntastic continuously kept me apprised of their ETA and were extremely task efficient upon arrival. Two guys moved six pieces of large furniture within the home (up, and down, stairs) in record time. Though they be small, they are MIGHTY! I was a female home alone at the time but felt very at ease with the movers. They were polite, personable, professional, respectful, and accommodating. I will definitely use Vanntastic again for future tasks. Thanks, guys!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We immediately reach out to customer and thank them for choosing Vanntastic Services. We get the details of the job. Then we contact the customer the day before the job to confirm. On the day of the job the crew calls the customer when they are 1/2 away from arrival.
