We wanted to upgrade the home wifi to get a consistently strong and fast signal. It required getting a new FIOS router, extenders, and other devices. IT Guys did an excellent job of coordinating getting the equipment, arriving on time, and upgrading the system. He is patient in answering all one's questions, he is organized and neat, and desires to ensure the customer if satisfied. We had some SMART home devices that went offline when changing our network and neither the app nor the account had a wifi/internet reset button. IT Guys downloaded the installation manuals and solved the problem. When he left the home, everything was up and running. I highly recommend him.
